OVERVIEW

The SalesTax Reporter Program provides easy collection of data with automatic printing of the forms needed for government reporting purposes. Here are some of the reasons why you should be using the nP Systems, Inc. SalesTax Reporter in your practice.

Intuitive design that works the way you do, with automatic transfer of amounts between forms. Fast and simple to use, gives you the ability to calculate, complete and generate the complete set of NY, NJ and CT State tax forms on your laser printer: NY forms include: ST- 100, ST-101 and ST-810/809 along with their associated schedules and Attachments. NJ forms ST-20, 21, 50. 51, UZ-50 and CT OS-I 12.

Other NY forms and reports include:

Application for Sales Tax Number (DTF- 17), Letters of Reminder or transmittal, labels, summary tax report and detail transaction register. Printing of returns can be done individually or in groups. Returns can be printed by type of main return, quarterly, annual, or in a batch determined by you. Returns can be stored on floppy or hard drive.

Calculation of sales tax can be based on: Gross Sales with or without Sales Tax included, program can also calculate gross sales based on the sale tax collected. Transfer of amounts between forms and calculation of Vendor Credit done automatically.

MORE THAN JUST SALES TAX

We also have the NY forms needed to report the sale of Oil & Gas:FT-943 and Schedule FR. Also blank exemption forms can be printed.

Program can print groups of returns or just a single return or a single form from a single return. Blank forms can also be printed from the program.

Program prints with HP laser or equivalent printers supporting PCL with a Tax 1 font cartridge or it's equivalent.

Each quarter, the SalesTax Reporter is updated to conform to the changing forms and rates. Updates for the tax year that you purchase are automatically sent to you from riP Systems. Updates include all law changes, form changes and any functional enhancements to the system as they become available. Updates can be delivered via mail or e-mail. Your purchase includes automatic receipt of these changes, along with free telephone support. The program is personalized for your company with the information.

 HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS

Personal computer with Windows 98, XP, ME, 2000 or2003 operating system, with a CD-ROM drive, floppy and a hard drive.

Printer must be an HP compatible laser printer supporting PCL with a Tax 1 cartridge or it's equivalent.
